100+ Certified Practitioners and Growing
The inception of a visionary pilot program by the Australian Department of Defence to evaluate the overall value of end-to-end Mission Engineering (ME) to support strategic decisions in force design, posture, and capability acquisition saw Kompozition in partnership with Downer Professional Services showcase the benefits of establishing a Digital Mission Engineering Ecosystem with the Kompozition platform at the centre of its Digital Mission Engineering journey.
Since its inception, Kompozition has successfully trained and certified over 100 practitioners, on the Kompozition Digital Mission Engineering (DME) or MBSE platform, with a further 40+ Defence and Industry Personnel to be trained in coming months.
Michael Ninness, CEO of Kompozition, says “We commenced work to build industry partnerships with forward-thinking companies such as Omni-Executive and Downer Professional Services. This enabled us to provide the support to deliver pioneering ME solutions to Defence and showcase the capabilities and benefits that our platform has to offer. We are proud to state that the Kompozition platform is a truly unique, and proudly sovereign, capability being a First-of-Type Digital Mission Engineering Platform (DME) in support of Defence and Industry partners.
“One factor that sets the Kompozition platform apart from other DME/MBSE tools is the ability to rapidly train personnel via a 2-day Practitioner Training course, allowing attendees to understand all the basics required to navigate, create, analyse and generate within the platform and culminates with a modelling exercise which upon successful completion will certify the attendee as a practitioner of the Kompozition platform”.
